Cleaning is a labour business. Almost every price you're quoted is an estimate of hours multiplied by an hourly rate, with periodic work added on top. So instead of publishing invented dollar ranges, we publish our time assumptions per task or per square metre — then you apply the rate from your own quote. If our assumptions look wrong for your site, you can see exactly which line to adjust.
